摘要：用戶側(cè)配電系統(tǒng)的智能化、精細(xì)化、可視化是當(dāng)下配電管理的必然趨勢(shì)。針對(duì)用戶側(cè)的配電進(jìn)線回路，設(shè)計(jì)安裝智能儀表，再通過(guò)設(shè)置儀表參數(shù)來(lái)實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控各負(fù)載回路的工作狀態(tài)；提高用能**、提升設(shè)備維護(hù)效率、降低維護(hù)的人工成本、實(shí)現(xiàn)了配電系統(tǒng)監(jiān)控的無(wú)人值守。通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)的采集，對(duì)電參量的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)，分析負(fù)載側(cè)用電質(zhì)量以及配電系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)，為用戶節(jié)約電力維護(hù)成本。現(xiàn)就冰島Tandraberg公司電機(jī)監(jiān)控改造加裝我司電流表及頻率表做一簡(jiǎn)要介紹。

Abstract: The intelligence, refinement and visualization of the distribution system are the trend of distribution management. The smart power meter is designed and installed for the power distribution circuit , in order to real time monitor the working state of each load circuit by setting the parameters of the smart meter. It can improve the safety of energy usage, improve the efficiency of equipment maintenance, reduce labor cost of maintenance, and realize the unattended monitoring of distribution system. Through data collection, real-time monitoring of electrical parameters, analysis of the power quality and distribution system running status, it will save users’ power maintenance costs. This article gives a brief introduction of Acrel PZ ammeter and frequency meter used in Iceland Tandraberg ehf company's motor monitoring project.

Project Overview

Tandraberg ehf公司位于冰島Eskifj?reur，是該國(guó)冷凍托盤廠家之一，該公司的生產(chǎn)用電大多為電機(jī)負(fù)載，用于工藝切割。由于原電機(jī)控制柜未加電力儀表，且變頻器工作狀況不了解，不知道電機(jī)的運(yùn)行狀況，故采購(gòu)我司PZ系列三相電流表用于電機(jī)電流監(jiān)控以及頻率表用于監(jiān)測(cè)回路頻率變化.

Tandraberg ehf company, located in Eskifj?reur,  is one of the largest manufacturers of refrigerated pallets in Iceland, Its main production electricity is motor load, which is used for process cutting. Since the original motor control cabinet doesn’t install with power measuring instrument, and the working condition of Variable-frequency Drive and moter are unknow. Therefore, they purchased Acrel PZ series three-phase ammeter for motor current monitoring and frequency meter for monitoring frequency change.

2.PZ系列可編程智能電測(cè)儀表介紹

 PZ Series Programmable Intelligent Electric Meters

PZ系列儀表采用交流采樣技術(shù)，可測(cè)量電網(wǎng)中的電流、電壓、功率、功率因數(shù)和電能參數(shù)。它可通過(guò)面板按鍵設(shè)備電力參數(shù)。該儀表具有RS-485通訊接口，采用Modbus協(xié)議；也可以將電源信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的直流模擬信號(hào)信號(hào)。該儀表還具有開(kāi)關(guān)輸入/輸出、繼電器/報(bào)警輸出等。

PZ series of meters adopt AC sampling technology,which can separately measure the current, voltage, power, power factor and electric energy parameters in the grid .It can set the electrical parameter through the panel button.This meter has RS-485 communication interface,adopt Modbus protocol;also can convert the power signal into a standard DC analog signal.The meter also has switch input/output,relay/alarm output,etc.
